At Olivet Care, we believe that community and socialisation is an important part of the ageing journey
Our programs are designed for those who live full-time at Olivet as well as those who live at home in the community and would like to participate in interesting activities. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for carers to take a break while knowing their loved ones are in a positive, safe, and supportive environment.

We have small and large group activities including gardening, men’s and ladies catch up, yarn groups, and spiritual groups for a variety of different denominations.

Join one of our educational activities such as hatch and release butterflies, watch the chickens hatch, museum visits, science experiments, cultural enrichment, armchair travel, "this is your life" (share your story), school visits and more.
Enriching Lives
Enjoy nature and take a walk outside in our beautiful gardens, catch up with family and friends, pop into our Ruby Café for a cuppa or enjoy an outing with some friendly faces.

Keeping active is an important part of ageing. Stay active and healthy by joining a social group exercise activity at Olivet, such as a walking group. Have fun while staying fit!

Enjoy activities at home such as cooking, cleaning, meal preparation, gardening, board games or relaxing with a great new book. Our Home Care service is all about helping the individual to continue enjoying the things they love while helping them maintain their independence.
Music Lover?
We hold concerts, host a variety of entertainers of all sorts including singers, harpists and instrumentalists. You can also join one of the music groups such as singalong, hymn singing, playing the chimes or just enjoy watching the show.
