Our passionate and dedicated staff are the lifeblood of Olivet Care, from our nurses, personal carers, lifestyle and leisure team, administration staff and catering crew, to our cleaners, support workers and volunteers.
We are proud to have a team genuinely motivated by a desire to care for others, often describing their work as “rewarding” and a “privilege”.
A loyal, motivated workforce doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through experienced, effective leadership and a culture that supports people to give their best every day. At Olivet Care, this commitment to quality care, compassion and consistency is at the heart of everything we do.
