It’s a simple way for staff to share and celebrate the great things happening across Olivet. Whether it’s a new initiative, a resident’s joy, or a team success, your story helps us spread positivity and inspire others.

How to Share a Win

1. Identify the win — Did a resident, family member or staff member share feedback that led to a positive change?

2. Complete the form below — Tell us what happened, who benefited, and when.

3. Submit — Your story will automatically reach the right communications lead so it can be shared through newsletters, broadcasts and community updates.

If you prefer, you can also fill out a paper form available in staff common areas and hand it to reception.
