The range of services available through My Aged Care’s Support at Home may include but are not limited to:
Household Chores
Our home care workers can help around the house including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
Hygiene Needs
Our home care workers are trained to help you with daily hygiene tasks such as help with showering and dressing.
Light Gardening
We can give you a hand around the garden to help you keep it looking beautiful, healthy and tidy.
Allied Heath Services
Physiotherapy, massage, podiatry, nursing, and allied health services are available in our home care packages.
Transport
Our home care services can assist with transport to and from shopping trips, regular appointments and social activities.

Visit the My Aged Care website or contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to check your eligibility and apply for an Aged Care Assessment
Once you’ve been advised of your eligibility for Support at Home, you’ll receive an allocation letter confirming your approved services. This letter will include a Referral Code, which you’ll need to provide to us.
